A key focus of our service is sourcing highly qualified and experienced support workers who are fairly compensated at the upper end of the pay scale. This ensures high-quality care across all services, including Personal Care and Transport. We also offer 24/7 support and ensure timely replacement staff when needed, so participants receive consistent and uninterrupted care.
